Oregon's City of Sunshine.
Your Next Home.
Over 300 days of sunshine a year. Crater Lake 60 minutes away. Mount Shasta on the horizon. A walkable downtown with real restaurants, real shops, and real community. Klamath Falls isn't a place you visit — it's a place you stay.
Downtown Klamath Falls — A Real Main Street
Klamath Falls has the kind of downtown that most small cities lost decades ago — and never got back. A walkable Main Street lined with locally owned restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, and murals. Ross Ragland Theatre anchors the arts scene. The Farmers Market fills the sidewalks in summer. The Snowflake Festival lights up winter. And the Klamath Kruise car show brings the whole basin together every year.
This isn't a downtown that's trying to come back. It never left.

Restaurants Worth Talking About — Not Just Settling For
One of the first questions relocators ask is whether there's good food. In Klamath Falls, the answer surprises people.
Everything You Need Is Already Here
Relocators worry about access. Klamath Falls has the full range — from boutique Main Street shops to national retailers — all within a short drive. Downtown offers locally owned galleries, antique stores, specialty shops, and artisan goods. For everyday needs, the basin has Fred Meyer, Target, Walmart Supercenter, TJ Maxx, Bi-Mart, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Tractor Supply. The Cascade Square Shopping Center and Klamath Mall round out the retail options.
This is a real town with real infrastructure — not a rural outpost.

Full-Service Regional Healthcare — Minutes Away
Sky Lakes Medical Center is a community-owned, internationally accredited 176-bed hospital — the only acute-care facility in a 10,000-square-mile region spanning south-central Oregon and Northern California. The medical center includes the Sky Lakes Cancer Treatment Center, the Center for Total Joint and Spine Care, a Family Birth Center, and the Cascades East Family Medicine Residency.
In 2020, Sky Lakes and Oregon Health & Science University opened the $50 million Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center — a 100,000-square-foot facility that houses the OHSU Campus for Rural Health, bringing 80% of the region's primary care physicians under one roof. For retirees and families, this means comprehensive medical care is not a drive to the next city — it's right here in Klamath Falls.
Additional healthcare options include the Klamath Health Partnership (Klamath Open Door) for primary and dental care, Basin Immediate Care and BestMed Urgent Care for walk-in needs, and the Sky Lakes Wellness Center for preventive health.
